Jessalin’s Wedding Story
My gown is designed by Enzoani and was purchased at Reddington Bridal in Chicago, IL.
The real reason why I came to Champion was to get my dress altered. I bought it in Chicago and needed a place in Birmingham to get it altered, but most people who are used to working with wedding gowns work at bridal shops that don’t allow you to use their seamstress unless you purchased the gown at their store. I wanted someone who knew how to work with a wedding dress, specifically, because I had A LOT that needed to be done to my dress. I wanted the back completely cut out. I found Champion Wedding Gown Specialists online and saw they did alterations. Rose worked tirelessly on my dress. She had to essentially re-make the back of the dress and make it lay flat against my back, which was hard. She also had to sew more stones onto the straps and around the back of the dress, had to make an attachment to hook my train to the back of my dress for dancing, and had to take it in in the hips because it was too big. She did a great job!

Grace’s Wedding Story
Grace said yes to a Tara Keely gown from her Spring 2016 collection.
When did you know the dress was the one? I did not know what style I wanted, but when I walked into Bella Couture in Mt. Laurel, Al and saw this one on display in the window, I knew I wanted to try it on. It was the first of many dresses I saw. As I tried on other dresses my mind kept going back to it. I even went to other bridal shops. In the end, I went back and got the very first dress I saw, and I love it.
